The round version of the classic from our series SIGNATURE is in small sizes ideal for melting butter or for individual serving of single portions. The round roaster with larger diameter is ideal for meat and vegetable dishes (for example roulades, ragouts). A pot roast succeeds in it just as easily as a hearty stew.
