The swing dumbbells are a modern variation of the kettlebells known from the CrossFit workouts. Classic kettlebells are shaped like cannonballs, are solid and have a simple handle. By shifting the center of gravity of the swing dumbbells beyond the arms, lively and elastic movements are promoted. The iron granulate filling causes an imbalance when moving, which creates new training stimuli for joints, muscles and connective tissue. This increases performance and resilience.

The tower made of oiled ash wood offers space for eight real leather dumbbells. These are hung in stainless steel brackets.
The barbell handle and the swing tower are made of oiled solid wood. At the top of the tower is a holder for tablets or smartphones.

The training book (included in the delivery) can also be attached.

The leather for the NOHrD Swing dumbbells is selected meticulously, sewn by hand and filled with high-quality iron granulate. An integrated metal rail gives the dumbbell its shape and stability.
