The multifunctional training device offers the possibility of a varied strength training for the trunk and arm area. When folded, the TriaTrainer requires less than one square meter of space.

Ab trainer:

Less than a square meter of space, padded lying surface and a secure hold - in the standard position, the TriaTrainer functions as a classic abdominal trainer.

Back trainer:

The second position is suitable for targeted strengthening of the back muscles and for butt training, while the adjustable footrest offers a secure hold during all exercises.
